b. Doctor Content: Only certified medical doctors may upload courses to the Platform. By uploading a course, doctors confirm their certification and agree to provide accurate and scientifically sound information.

c. Platform Content: All content provided by Mellinos, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Mellinos and protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Payments

Users may purchase courses through the Platform. All payments are processed through a secure third-party payment gateway. Mellinos does not store payment information.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

8. Termination

Mellinos reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Platform.

Mellinos shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use of the Platform; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Platform.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany/Berlin, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to Terms

Mellinos reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
